 “Joe did a full remodel of a studio apartment for me in 2012, then in 2022 he managed a front and back gut renovation of a restaurant project for me, while also leading the crew in much of the hands on work. Restaurant projects have many specialized details, which he figured out and resolved. He’s very detailed oriented, a great problem solver on the job, and has always done high quality durable work for me. He’s a pleasure to work with as a collaborator and truly cares about creating high quality heirloom level work in whatever he touches. I wish I had a place in the DC area for him to work with me on at any level. "

"Joe has a done a few smaller projects for us over the years. He turned a set of French double doors leading into our kitchen and dining area into a set of French dutch doors! Which we use all the time to contain our dogs in one half of the house. He cut them in half, did some carpentry on them, added all the new hinges and latches, and repainted them and the door frame. They came out beautifully, very professional looking. Then he built us a tall decorative brick wall to hide our trash cans and recycling at the front of our house, which is also very attractive.”
